YOUR PARTNER IN MARKETING
An outsourced marketing team you can rely on
We provide marketing services to our clients based on the principle of a marketing partnership. In practice, this means that we take responsibility for your company’s marketing and brand development as a whole.
Not just the odd campaign here and there, but ongoing, systematic work.
What does a marketing partnership mean?
The marketing partnership is our proven model of collaboration, in which:
- We plan our marketing together
- we put it into practice
- we report the results at our monthly meetings
- and we are constantly developing our activities
You can think of us as your company’s marketing manager, with the difference that, instead of just one person, you have the expertise of an entire team at your disposal.
How does this collaboration work in practice?
The partnership is based on a clear model:
- fixed monthly price → no surprises
- a jointly developed marketing plan → a clear direction
- consistent effort → things move in the right direction through sustained effort
We handle your marketing as if we were part of your company, but without you having to manage or coordinate the work.
We’ll adapt to your situation
Everyday life in a business isn’t always smooth sailing, and marketing shouldn’t be rigid either. That’s why marketing evolves alongside your business:
- During quieter periods, the focus is on basic visibility
- We are stepping up our efforts during the peak seasons
- where necessary, individual projects may be included
What about the costs?
The scope of the marketing partnership depends on your needs.
At its simplest, it can involve strategy-driven social media marketing; at its broadest, it encompasses comprehensive marketing and brand development.
Many of our SME clients are able to secure a comprehensive solution that works effectively and supports growth on a monthly budget of just a few thousand euros.
Why does this work?
In the partnership model, marketing is not a disjointed activity consisting of isolated initiatives, but rather:
- Growth is achieved through sustained effort
- we take responsibility
- the whole remains intact and communication consistent
- It’s based on a plan, not on a whim
and you can focus on your own business!
Would you like your own marketing team that your company can rely on for its marketing?

Marketing plan and strategy
Without a plan, marketing easily becomes a matter of guesswork. A well-structured marketing plan makes one thing clear:
what to do, for whom, and why – and how it will help the business move forward.
We don’t just draw up plans that end up in a drawer. We develop a clear and practical framework that can actually be used in day-to-day operations and decision-making.
What does the plan involve?
In practice, the marketing plan corresponds to the following:
- who the marketing is aimed at
- What is your company’s core message?
- Which channels are worth following?
- how do you stand out from the competition
- What specific steps will be taken next?
Scope to suit your needs
- A straightforward plan – a clear direction and key actions
- A broader strategy – a more detailed overview of channels, messaging and activities
- As part of the partnership – an evolving strategy as the foundation for our marketing
The plan will be tailored to your company’s specific circumstances.

Social media marketing
Is your business active where your customers spend their time?
Social media marketing isn’t just about posting content; it’s about building visibility over the long term, fostering trust and staying top of mind with customers. When done well, social media supports sales all the time, not just during individual campaigns.
Social media marketing tailored to your needs
We can deliver social media marketing on various scales to suit your objectives, such as:
- Basic package – regular basic visibility (e.g. 2–4 posts per month)
- Growth model – active content creation and development
- A comprehensive package – part of a marketing partnership in which social media supports the growth of the entire business
What do you get?
- marketing that supports sales in the long term
- a clear and consistent message on social media
- content that appeals to the right target audience
- constant visibility without you having to worry about it

Google Ads
Can your business be found when your customers search for your service on Google?
Google Ads search engine advertising puts your business in the spotlight at exactly the right moment – when people are already thinking about making a purchase. When done right, it’s one of the quickest ways to generate more enquiries and attract new customers.
What do you get?
- visibility when a customer is looking for your service
- targeted traffic to your website
- more enquiries and sales opportunities
- a clear picture of what works and what doesn’t
Scope to suit your needs
- A streamlined approach – core campaigns and ongoing visibility
- Growth model – active optimisation and greater visibility
- As part of the partnership – a constantly evolving framework that supports all aspects of marketing
The scope of the work will be tailored to your objectives and budget.

Newsletters
Does your company stay in your customers’ minds in their day-to-day lives?
A newsletter is one of the most effective ways to stay in touch with customers who are already interested in your business. It doesn’t rely on buying visibility, but rather on communicating directly with people who are already interested in your business.
What do you get?
- a direct link to interested customers
- more frequent contacts and memories
- content that supports sales without being pushy
- a design that supports the brand
- regular and consistent communication with your customers
Scope to suit your needs
- Light format – regular newsletter (e.g. every 1–2 months)
- Growth model – more frequent communication (e.g. once a month)
- As part of the partnership – newsletters as part of a wider marketing strategy
The content and pace will be tailored to your goals.
In a marketing partnership, marketing content is always tailored to each individual company, as every company is different and has different products, resources and objectives. However, it is easy to get started with a ready-made package.

- The aim is to generate more leads, increase visibility and drive growth
What we do each month
- marketing planning and prioritisation
- Social media marketing: 4–6 updates per month (content + posts)
- Google Ads advertising and optimisation
- website development and content
- ongoing analysis and development
- marketing materials as required
Everything in one place, all in one go.

What has happened in the last three years?
- Our social media channels have been built up organically from scratch, with just a few campaigns a year – and they consistently generate leads
- Brand awareness has grown, as evidenced by the number of brand searches and, for example, at trade fairs
- The number of active visitors to the website increased by 194% in 2025 compared with the previous year
- Marketing systematically supports sales
- Our collaboration is seamless – we are like an extension of our client companies

Monthly fee of €2,300 + project-specific and hourly-billed ad hoc additional work, such as trade fair materials, brochures, etc.
This is not a ready-made package, but a model that is always tailored to each client’s specific needs, based on their budget and objectives.
Frequently asked questions
What does a marketing partnership actually mean?
A marketing partnership involves ongoing collaboration, in which we take responsibility for the planning, implementation and development of your company’s marketing. Under this partnership model, we do not run one-off campaigns, but instead build long-term growth.
How does the collaboration begin?
Our collaboration begins with an introductory meeting, during which we assess the current situation. We then draw up a marketing plan. We define the objectives, target audiences, channels and specific actions. Then we move on to implementation!
How soon can I expect to see results?
Marketing is a long-term endeavour. The first results may become apparent within a few weeks, but significant growth usually comes about over a period of months through consistent effort.
Do I need to have a marketing plan ready?
No need. We can build a plan from scratch or develop your existing one. The starter pack is a good option if you’re starting from scratch.
How much does the partnership cost?
The costs depend on the scope of the project. A typical package for an SME usually involves a monthly budget of a few thousand euros. A typical range is around €2,300–4,000 per month plus VAT. Of course, we also determine the scope based on the company’s marketing budget. Not everything needs to be done at once. We can prioritise the most urgent tasks and expand as needed later on.
Is the contract a fixed-term contract?
Our collaboration and the results we achieve through marketing are based on ongoing work, but the model is flexible. We’ll agree on a suitable duration together and can scale our work to suit your needs. Normally, the contract is for a fixed term of six months, after which we continue with a contract valid until further notice, subject to a three-month notice period.
Can the service be scaled up or down?
Yes. We can step up our efforts during peak periods or scale back during quieter times. If necessary, we can also take on individual projects.
What if we’ve already got part of our marketing sorted?
Great! We can complement your current work, take responsibility for specific areas, or help develop the project as a whole.
How much time will this take?
As little as possible. We operate like an outsourced marketing team, so you don’t need to manage day-to-day operations. We go through matters regularly, for example at monthly meetings.
How does the reporting work?
You’ll receive clear monthly reports on the results. We’ll go through what has been done, what has been achieved and what will be developed next.
What if I’m not sure whether this is right for us?
The best way to find out is to have a chat. Book a free consultation and we’ll review your situation and offer our recommendations with no obligation.
What if our industry is complex and requires a high level of professional expertise?
No problem, we’re used to this! To start with, we’ll familiarise ourselves with your business and work closely with you. You provide the substantive expertise, and we’ll shape it into clear and compelling messaging. This ensures that your marketing is both accurate and understandable to your target audience. Usually, after the first few months, we’ve got the hang of things so well that we can operate independently.
