High-quality photographs, illustrations and other visual material are the cornerstone of effective marketing communications.
Standard content of the company’s image library:
- A photography plan that has been approved by the client in advance
- Photography assignments at company premises or other locations in the Helsinki metropolitan area and the Oulu region
- Image post-processing
- There is no limit on the number of images, but typically there are between 30 and 50 in this service
- Saving images to a client-specific Google Drive folder or via another agreed delivery method
Places to visit:
The subjects to be photographed are determined according to the client’s needs. Generally, during a photo shoot, these relate to the company’s staff, premises, work processes, product usage, etc. If the products are large, they can make good subjects for photography. If the products are small (portable), it is advisable to photograph them in a studio.

From €890 + VAT (25,5%). The final price depends on the scope of the shoot and travel costs. Ask for a quote!

What if I want to use my own text on our website or in other materials you create for us?

We already have our own photos of our products/services and would like to use them. Is that possible?
That works perfectly. In fact, the images used on websites, for example, are usually largely provided by the client. Photography services, stock images and AI-generated images are only used when the required images are not available. If you already have them and produce your own visual content, that suits us perfectly.
However, there are a few things to bear in mind when publishing photographs:
- Image quality: to ensure that the brand image is strengthened rather than weakened, photographs should be consistent, convey the desired message as effectively as possible, and be of high quality in terms of composition, lighting and focus.
- Sufficient resolution; the resolution required for photographs depends on the medium in which they are to be published and their size. As a rule of thumb, the original photograph should always be available, rather than, for example, an image shared via social media.
